PHASE VI

Phase VI plans will be available in the late spring.

PHASE V

We are now on the final two Phases. Phase V will offer five more homes. Two plans will be available at the end of May 2010. They will be built on elevated lots with distant views. Two plans will be ranchers with walk-out basements.

Our park is now complete! We have a little league baseball diamond, great concession, basketball court and play area for the kids.

PHASE IV

Phase IV has one remaining lot. All houses have been sold.

PHASE III

Phase III has been sold out.
